I attended a strongly practical course at the Theatre and Film School, in Portugal, majoring in Cinematography. I spent my last semester at the Prague Film Academy, working with people from all over the world, shooting in 16mm, 35mm and digital.
While there I interned at Panavision to gain a better technical knowledge and practical training with a variety of camera equipments.
I’ve worked mostly on fiction, especially shorts, and I’ve participated in a number of smaller productions where I got the chance to 1stAC, gaffe, and a few even DOP.
Many projects demanded me to be more versatile splitting my experience between camera and lightning, but I am now focussing on camera, and improving my AC skills.
